About Kelly

Kelly Pitts, LMT

With a background in modern dance and theater, Kelly first received medical massage to address persistent hip pain while dancing.  Intrigued and inspired by the results she attended the Swedish Institute from 1998-2000 and focused on Medical Massage modalities- both Eastern and Western.  Her work has taken her to Sports Medicine & Pain Management Clinics as well as 5-star hotels over the past 10 years.  She is continually impressed with how bodywork can physically and emotionally benefit us all, both in the giving and the receiving. To this end each session can be customized – blending deep relaxation with targeted medical techniques to address patterns of tension and dysfunction.  Or it can involve lighter therapeutic touch modalities as well as stretching depending on each client’s needs and preferences.

In her free time she dances, explores the outdoors, reads voraciously, contemplates her cats, and practices yoga.
